Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) - Brooklyn, NY

We’re looking for a compassionate Primary Care physician trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care and build lasting relationships with patients and their families. You’ll practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that values clinical excellence, innovation, and meaningful community impact.

What you’ll do

• Provide high-quality clinical care across the primary care spectrum, managing acute and chronic conditions and focusing on prevention and wellness.
• Participate in population health initiatives and care coordination efforts that improve outcomes for our patients and communities.
• Contribute to teaching and professional development by working with learners and participating in graduate medical education activities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement care plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to patients’ needs.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive pay: $180,000-$320,000 annually (base salary plus productivity incentives, dependent on experience and training).

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Eligibility for or ability to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience working with Epic or a similar enterprise electronic health record system.
• Multilingual skills or demonstrated cultural competency serving eastern Brooklyn’s diverse communities (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, and other commonly spoken languages a plus).
• Interest in value-based care, population health, and care coordination.
• A desire to teach and participate in graduate medical education.
