Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Douglas, AZ (Full-Time)

Join a caring team in Douglas, Arizona, where you’ll provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary group - physicians, therapists, nurses, and community partners - to diagnose, treat, and support people with a variety of mental health needs using individualized treatment plans and medication management.

Compensation: $179,000-$223,000

What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications as needed.
• Create and update individualized treatment plans that include medication, psychotherapy referrals, and community resources.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication safety.
• Coordinate care with other providers and local support services to ensure continuity and quality.
• Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Who we’re looking for

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
• Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license, or eligible for licensure.
• Current DEA registration, as required.
