You’ll manage a low-to-moderate panel (10-15 patients/day) with longer visits that allow meaningful relationships and high-quality care - without the pressure of high-volume medicine.

Compensation & benefits

• Annual salary range: $153,000-$178,000, plus annual incentive opportunities

Qualifications

• NP board certification in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Current, unrestricted ARNP license and valid DEA registration
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
• 3-5 years of primary care experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in case management or population health with an emphasis on prevention
• Experience in team-based care and working with electronic medical records
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Documentation of a negative TB test within 12 months prior to start date
