Compensation & schedule

• Annual salary: $135,582-$162,698
• Eligible for Annual Incentive Plan
• Full-time; typically 10-15 patients per day
• Appointment lengths: 20-60 minutes to support comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Nevada APRN license or eligibility for licensure
• Board certification from an accredited national certifying organization
• Current, unrestricted RN/APRN license
• Valid DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Primary care experience preferred; experience caring for adults required
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills
• Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
• EMR proficiency; experience with population health or value-based care is a plus
