CRNA - Ambulatory Gastroenterology ASC in Colorado Springs | Flexible FT Schedules, No Call

This role offers a predictable outpatient environment focused exclusively on gastroenterology procedures - ideal for experienced CRNAs or new graduates who want excellent work-life balance and a streamlined, efficient practice.

What you’ll experience

• Work only in an ASC setting with a high-volume, efficient workflow.
• Practice a Propofol-only anesthesia model for gastroenterology procedures - no nights, calls, weekends, or holidays.
• Predictable days: maximum shift length is 10 hours and schedules are structured for consistency.

Schedule and compensation options
We offer flexible full-time and PRN opportunities to match your lifestyle:

• 3 × 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM-5:00 PM): base salary $230,000-$260,000, depending on experience, plus potential productivity bonuses.
• 4 × 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM-5:00 PM): base salary $280,000-$315,000, depending on experience, plus potential productivity bonuses.
• Option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.
• PRN positions available.

Clinical expectations

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient gastroenterology procedures only
• Use Propofol as the sole anesthetic agent in this setting
• Work in a team-oriented ASC focused on efficiency and patient throughput

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• Current NBCRNA certification
• Active Colorado CRNA license or ability to obtain one
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
