Requirements

• Active national certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current, unrestricted Maryland license or ability to obtain one
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field
• Minimum one year of experience in pain management practice
• At least one year of EMR use and one year performing in-office procedures
• DEA license or ability to obtain, as required
• ACLS and/or BLS certification per practice standards
