Part-Time Medical Director / Hospitalist - Flexible Schedule, No Nights/Call, High Pay

We are seeking a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical oversight and direct patient care across skilled nursing facilities in Bonham, Texas. In this role you will lead and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term care residents. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Key features

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per facility per week)
• No fixed daily start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
• Average of 18-25 patient visits per day

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
