Medical Director / Hospitalist - Flexible Schedule, No Nights/Call, High Pay + $50K Retention

We seek a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Sulphur, Louisiana. This full-time role emphasizes collaborative practice, clinical leadership, and meaningful impact on post-acute and long-term care patients. You will work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care and oversee clinical operations within assigned facilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
