Experienced Dermatology NP or PA - Boston Suburb, $130K-$180K+, Procedural Role

Well-established, growing dermatology practice located just south of Boston seeks an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a supportive, patient-centered team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
• Perform office procedures: biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, electrodessication, and other common dermatologic procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; provide patient education and follow-up.
• Accurately document encounters and procedures in the EMR.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Compensation & benefits

• Base compensation: $130,000-$180,000+ annually, commensurate with experience and productivity.
• Productivity-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience required.
• Board-certified NP or NCCPA-certified PA.
• Strong clinical and procedural skills, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary practice.
