Bilingual Pediatric NP or PA - Outpatient Practice, Full-Time, Partnership Track (North Jersey)

Join a community-focused pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey. Full-time role based primarily in Perth Amboy; optional coverage at North Bergen available.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care.
• Hospital rounding on newborns approximately every 6 weeks.
• No delivery attendance or C-section coverage.

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day work week.
• Every-other-Saturday rotation; that week includes one weekday off.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $130,000-$140,000 (commensurate with experience).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active or eligible New Jersey license.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Spanish proficiency preferred to serve a large Hispanic patient population.
