Outpatient Pediatric NP/PA - Monday-Friday, Epic, Low Call (Martinsburg, WV)

Join a respected Martinsburg healthcare team dedicated to compassionate, family-centered pediatric care. We’re looking for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys working collaboratively with physicians and staff to provide high-quality outpatient care to children from newborns through the provider’s preferred age range.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient pediatric care: evaluate, diagnose, and treat both acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform wellness visits, preventive care, and immunizations.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Epic.
• Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Work schedule and setting

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Outpatient clinic only
• Typical patient volume: about 16-18 patients per day

On-call expectations

• After-hours phone call coverage only (no in-person call)
• Approximately 1-2 weekday calls per month and about 3 weekend calls per year

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Board certified (NP or PA)
• Active West Virginia license or ability to obtain one
• DEA registration required by start date
• Pediatric experience preferred
