Urgent Care Physician - Martinsburg, WV (Flexible, Multi-Site; 3x12-hr Rotating Shifts)

Join a busy, multi-site urgent care network serving the Martinsburg, WV area as a flexible, patient-centered physician. This role suits clinicians who enjoy a fast-paced, varied practice and can adapt to multiple clinic sites.

You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages in a walk-in urgent care setting. The schedule is three rotating 12-hour shifts per week, covering weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Clinics operate seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Candidates must have open availability and be comfortable floating between locations; there are no overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Provide efficient, evidence-based urgent care
• Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to assigned urgent care locations as scheduled
• Participate in teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA registration required by start date
• Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred
