Locum CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) - Pittsfield, MA (32 hrs/wk, $230/hr)

Board-certified CRNA needed for a locum tenens assignment in Pittsfield, MA. 32 guaranteed hours per week (four 8-hour shifts); occasional weekend coverage possible. No call required. Facility is Level III trauma.

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for adult and pediatric general surgery
• Perform spinal, epidural, regional, and IV regional anesthesia
• Support obstetrical and neurosurgical cases as needed
• Pre-anesthesia assessment and development of anesthesia plans
• Intraoperative monitoring and management
• Post-anesthesia monitoring and handoff
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to maintain patient safety

Requirements

• Board-certified CRNA (AANA) - required
• Active Massachusetts CRNA license or willingness to obtain - required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications - required
• Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
