Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Family Medicine, Aurora CO

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages in Aurora, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family medicine care across the lifespan.
• Conduct health histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per guidelines and scope of practice.
• Provide preventive care, screenings, immunizations, wellness counseling, and patient education.
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans; monitor and document patient progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant.
• Current, active, unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years primary care or family medicine experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $115,000-$120,000 plus bonuses.
