Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Value-Based Care in Dallas, TX (FT, $240K+ + Bonus)

Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Dallas, TX providing continuity and preventive care for adults 18+. Physicians manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, and build long-term patient relationships.

Location and Schedule

• Dallas, Texas
• Outpatient clinic serving patients 18+
• Monday-Friday schedule; some clinics offer extended hours

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000
• Up to 20% annual performance bonus
• Monthly supervision stipend: $1,250 per Nurse Practitioner supervised
• Eligible for sign-on bonus

Clinical Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care for adults
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, medical histories, and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe and manage medications
• Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans; provide patient education
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional stipend)
• Maintain punctuality to keep patients on schedule

Minimum Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM)
  • Board Eligible must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and DEA registration in good standing
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
