Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist - Colorado Springs, CO (Full-Time)

We are seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our hospitalist team in Colorado Springs, CO. You will provide expert, consistent care to every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital, collaborating with local obstetricians to improve patient safety and satisfaction while maintaining work/life balance.

Position highlights

• Employment: Full-time hospitalist with flexible self-created schedule
• Typical schedule: 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off/month)
• Compensation: $300,000-$340,000 annual salary plus full benefits
• No office management duties and no traditional on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care for laboring and pregnant patients
• Manage obstetric emergencies and acute inpatient needs
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated skill in managing obstetric emergencies and inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care focus
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
