We seek Family or Internal Medicine physicians to join a collaborative team focused on high-quality, accessible, patient-centered care. This model blends team-based care, modern technology, and integrated in-person and virtual services - including urgent care - to deliver a more connected, efficient approach to primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and optimize outcomes
• Use virtual care and digital tools to enhance access and patient engagement
• Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $135,000-$290,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience in outpatient primary care or a similar clinical setting
• Active, unrestricted DEA license maintained throughout employment
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (in-person or blended courses required; CPR/ACLS or online-only certifications not accepted)
