Primary Care Physician (Family/Internal Medicine) - Sign-On Bonus, Advanced Team-Based Care in Waterville, ME

We’re looking for Family or Internal Medicine physicians to become part of a collaborative team in Waterville, Maine. Our approach blends team-based care, modern technology, and a mix of in-person and virtual services - including urgent care - to deliver more connected, efficient, and patient-centered primary care.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Create evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient services.
• Use virtual care tools and other technologies to improve access and continuity.
• Educate patients on prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $135,000-$290,000.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient primary care or a similar clinical setting.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license that must be maintained throughout employment.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. BLS must be completed through an approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted.
