Outpatient Hybrid Endocrinologist - Boston, MA (4 Clinic Days + Telehealth)

We’re looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing outpatient practice just south of Boston. You’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that supports work-life balance with a hybrid schedule and a diverse patient population.

What the role looks like

• Outpatient-only practice with a hybrid schedule and telehealth opportunities
• Typical week: four clinical days plus one dedicated administrative day
• Work alongside a team of Endocrinologists and Nurse Practitioners
• Practice is part of a fully accredited Center for Medical Weight Management
• Multidisciplinary support available, including a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Registered Dietitian
• Strong referral base (50-70+ primary care physicians)
• On-site lab and radiology services for convenient, coordinated care
• Robust administrative support so you can focus on patients

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Eligible for, or currently holding, a Massachusetts medical license
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
