Locums CRNA - Flexible Shifts at Level III Trauma Center in Fort Worth, TX

Provide anesthesia coverage at a 141-bed Level III Trauma Center in Fort Worth, Texas, within a collaborative clinical team. This locum-tenens role offers flexible shift options and a mix of in-house and home-call responsibilities to support weekday, night, and weekend coverage.

Schedule

• Flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• Weekday and weeknight coverage
• Night coverage available as home call or in-house, depending on schedule
• Weekend coverage includes in-house and home-call options
• Combination of in-house and beeper-call responsibilities
• Call coverage required

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia care across surgical and procedural cases in a Level III Trauma Center
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer and manage anesthesia, monitor patients throughout the perioperative period, and provide postoperative care and pain management
• Manage airway and hemodynamic concerns and respond to urgent or emergent anesthesia needs
• Collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification; Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active Texas CRNA license or eligibility for licensure
