Job Description
Join a rehabilitation hospital in East Sandwich, MA as a full-time Locum Physiatrist providing weekday clinical coverage.
Compensation: $1,500-$1,700 per day
Schedule and duties
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (8-hour clinical shifts)
- Full-time coverage required
- Weekend call approximately 1 in 7 (Saturday and Sunday); 4 hours unpaid each weekend day
- Weekend duties: rounding on assigned patients and assisting the house officer with patient needs prior to departure
- Average daily census: 15 patients
- Responsibilities include admissions and discharges; provider may serve as attending or consultant based on assignment
- No procedures required
- EMR: Epic
- Facility type: Inpatient rehabilitation hospital
Qualifications
- Board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Active Massachusetts medical license
- DEA registration required
- Minimum one year of clinical experience in PM&R
