Family Medicine / Urgent Care Physician - Boston, MA (High-Earning, Flexible Schedule)

Join a well-established, rapidly expanding urgent care network serving the Greater Boston area. We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (urgent care experience welcome) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options; full-time defined as 36+ hours/week

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: approximately $225,000
• Bonus potential: up to $100,000 annually
• Productivity incentives tied to patient volume (~75 patients/day)

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage acute illnesses and injuries common to urgent care
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision & drainage, and EKG interpretation
• Interpret onsite imaging (e.g., X-rays)
• Supervise and collaborate with NP/PA staff
• Maintain efficient patient flow and deliver high-quality care
• Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
