Non-Interventional Outpatient PM&R Physician - Cherry Hill, NJ

A well-established, privately owned outpatient multidisciplinary practice in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a non-interventional Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join its growing, physician-led team. This role is ideal for clinicians focused on conservative management, functional restoration, and comprehensive musculoskeletal care within a stable, collaborative setting.

Position highlights:

• 100% outpatient, office-based practice
• No call, nights, or weekends
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM with a predictable schedule to support work-life balance
• Emphasis on non-interventional, conservative care and functional rehabilitation
• Patient mix primarily personal injury with some workers’ compensation
• Collaborative multidisciplinary team including neurology and rehabilitation services
• Privately owned, well-established practice with robust administrative support

Compensation & benefits:

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000-$350,000+
• Year 2: transition to a draw based on a percentage of collections
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency
• Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases preferred but not required
