Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient, 4-Day Week (No Nights/Weekends) - Denver, CO

We’re looking for a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our patient-centered team in Denver. You’ll practice full-spectrum outpatient medicine within an integrated network and a certified Level II Trauma Center, working closely with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical colleagues to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. Our approach is team-based and focused on chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and preventive services like routine screenings and vaccinations.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one
• DEA registration in good standing or ability to obtain

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000-$260,000 annually
