Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation: Approximately $700,000 (dependent on experience and productivity)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum neurosurgical care (surgical and nonsurgical) for complex conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in shared call coverage and inpatient care to ensure continuous, high-quality service
• Engage in quality improvement and apply evidence-based practices

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
• Fellowship training in spine, cranial, or endovascular preferred
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Effective communicator with ability to work in a multi-specialty practice environment
