OB Hospitalist - Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (Charleston, SC)

We’re building a model that improves patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring an experienced OB/GYN is always available - and we’re looking for physicians who share our dedication to clinical excellence, teamwork, and thoughtful communication.

What the role looks like

• Full-time hospitalist position with a flexible schedule you help design. Typical cadence is seven 24-hour shifts per month, giving you roughly 21 days off each month. No clinic responsibilities, no overnight call, and no office management.
• Work collaboratively with local obstetricians and a supportive national network of OB hospitalists while enjoying autonomy and a healthy work/life balance.
• Locations across South Carolina: Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Mount Pleasant, Myrtle Beach, Summerville, and Walterboro.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive salary range: $340,000-$360,000 plus a full benefits package.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensed in South Carolina or able to obtain a license.
• Skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator who thrives in team-based care and is committed to patient-centered practice and continuous quality improvement.
