Locums Cognitive/Behavioral Neurointerventional Physician - Outpatient Cognitive & Dementia Clinic (Hackensack, NJ)

Locum outpatient cognitive/behavioral neurointerventional position in Hackensack, NJ. Provide evaluation and longitudinal management of adult patients with cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders in a collaborative clinic setting.

Compensation

• $250 per hour

Assignment

• Setting: Outpatient clinic only
• Patient population: Adults 22+ (predominantly geriatric)
• Coverage: Ongoing locum support
• EMR: Epic
• Procedures: None required

Schedule

• Minimum 4 days per week
• Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (8-hour days)
• Days: Flexible based on provider availability
• No call, no weekends

Patient Volume

• Mix of new and follow-up visits
• ~3-4 new patients per day
• ~6-8 follow-up visits per day

Conditions Managed

• Alzheimer’s disease
• Dementia, including Parkinson’s-related dementia
• Cognitive impairment and memory disorders

Requirements

• Completion of a Cognitive Neurology and/or Behavioral Neurology fellowship
• Dementia fellowship strongly preferred
• Board certified or eligible in Neurology
• Active or eligible NJ medical license
• Significant outpatient cognitive/dementia care experience
