OB/GYN Hospitalist - Hazleton & West Chester, PA (Full-Time, $300K-$340K)

Join a team focused on making every delivery safer and every patient experience better. We’re looking for experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to provide expert care for pregnant women who present to the hospital, working alongside local obstetricians while enjoying a strong work/life balance.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape your schedule and practice, with collaborative support from a national network of OB hospitalists. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible, skilled in managing obstetric emergencies, and committed to communication, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement.

Locations: Hazleton and West Chester, Pennsylvania

What this role offers:

• Competitive salary: $300,000-$340,000 plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist position with flexible scheduling - typically 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month (roughly 21 days off each month)

What we’re looking for:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Pennsylvania medical license or the ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and a patient-centered mindset
• A commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing improvement
