OB/GYN Hospitalist (Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician) - Bryan & Lima, Ohio

We are seeking experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our team in Bryan and Lima, Ohio. This hospitalist role ensures that every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital receives expert, timely care - improving safety and patient satisfaction while supporting collaborative care with local OBs.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule that supports an excellent work-life balance. Typical commitment is 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly), with no on-call clinic responsibilities or office management.

Compensation and schedule

• Salary range: $300,000-$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Ohio medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong clinical skills, clear communication, and collaborative teamwork
