OB/GYN Hospitalist - Kansas City Area: $300-$340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call PMID

We are hiring Obstetrics & Gynecology physicians to provide hospital-based care for pregnant women, ensuring expert management of labor, delivery, and inpatient gynecologic needs.

Locations

• Kansas City, Poplar Bluff, Sedalia, Springfield, and Warrensburg, Missouri.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $300,000-$340,000 annual.
• Full-time hospitalist role. Typical schedule: 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off monthly).
• Create-your-own schedule. No outpatient office management or external on-call responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care, including labor and delivery management and obstetric emergency care.
• Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital teams to maintain high standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and peer review as needed.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and inpatient gynecologic care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
