OB/GYN Hospitalist - Springfield, MA | $300-$340K, Flexible Schedule & No Call

• Opportunities available in Springfield, MA, and other Massachusetts locations including Fall River, Gardner, Methuen, and Worcester.

What the role offers

• Competitive salary: $300,000-$340,000 annually, plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with the flexibility to build your own schedule
• Typical schedule: 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Massachusetts medical license or able to obtain one
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing quality improvement
