OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician - Birmingham & Mobile, AL (Full-Time, $300-$340K)

We’re looking for experienced obstetrician-gynecologists to join a growing hospitalist team focused on improving safety and satisfaction for every pregnant patient who comes through the door. You’ll partner with local OBs to provide expert, reliable inpatient care while maintaining a true work/life balance.

This role is clinic-free and hospital-based, designed so an experienced physician is always available for laboring patients and obstetric emergencies. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible, strong communicators and teammates, committed to clinical excellence and quality improvement, and excited about advancing inpatient OB care.

Locations: Birmingham and Mobile, AL.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Alabama medical license or ability to obtain one
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to teamwork and continuous quality improvement
