Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based guidelines.
• Promote preventive care and deliver patient education on wellness and disease prevention.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and refer as appropriate.
• Contribute to development and improvement of primary care programs and clinical workflows.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (pediatrics experience optional)
