Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Urologist - Partner-Track Private Practice in Lubbock, TX

A physician-owned urology group in Lubbock, Texas is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible urologist for a partner-track position. This is a high-demand, low-competition market with immediate patient volume, strong clinical support, and significant earning potential under a fee-for-service model.

Practice overview:

• Established private practice with on-site outpatient clinic and physician-owned ASC; in-office procedure suites plus hospital surgical privileges
• Immediate caseload: 4-6 week patient waitlist ensures a full schedule from day one
• Large referral base: 3.5M draw area including out-of-state referrals
• Flexible scope of practice: all procedural interests welcomed; fellowship not required

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology (ABU or AOBU)
