Full-Scope OB/GYN Physician - Inpatient/Outpatient Practice with Robotic Surgery, Roseburg OR

Join a collaborative, full-scope women's health team in Roseburg, OR, providing inpatient and outpatient care, gynecologic surgery (robot-assisted available), prenatal and obstetric services, and clinic-based visits. This role offers a supportive team environment and a healthy work-life balance.

Practice highlights

• Full-spectrum OB/Gyn: outpatient clinic, deliveries, inpatient coverage, and surgical cases with access to robotic surgery.
• Team model: work alongside 3 OB/Gyn physicians, 2 family physicians with OB training, and 2 certified nurse midwives.
• Schedule: full-time with combined inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Call structure: shared first call with CNMs and FP-OBs; second call among OB/Gyn physicians.
• Patient volume: averages 16-20 patients per day depending on schedule.
• Support: dedicated OR time, experienced clinical support staff, and an integrated EMR.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $386,691 (MGMA median) with additional bonus for wRVUs above 6,994.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement.

• Generous CME package: $7,000 and 40 hours annually.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/Gyn.
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to comprehensive women’s health.
