PRN Trauma Surgeon - Flexible As-Needed Hospital Role in Stockbridge, GA

Provide PRN trauma surgery coverage in Stockbridge, Georgia, on an as-needed basis in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage trauma patients across inpatient and emergency settings
• Provide surgical consultations and coordinate inpatient trauma care
• Perform emergency and trauma surgical procedures as indicated
• Participate in multidisciplinary care teams and handoffs
• Deliver timely assessment and treatment of acute surgical conditions
• Document care and communicate with referring teams and families

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery or Trauma Surgery
• Fellowship training in Trauma and/or Surgical Critical Care preferred
• Active Georgia medical license
• DEA registration
• Current ACLS certification
