Urology Physician - Faculty Role in Phoenix (Robotics Lead, Teaching & Research)

We are seeking a full-time Urology Physician to join our Department of Surgery faculty in Phoenix, AZ. This role combines clinical care, program development, education, and opportunities for collaborative research within our graduate medical education programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient general urology care in elective and emergency settings.
• Participate in shared call coverage to support timely patient management.
• Lead the development and expansion of a robotics program for urology patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, team-based care.
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students.
• Engage in collaborative research activities to advance urologic practice.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited urology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligibility for an unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Preferred: Fellowship training or significant experience in robotic-assisted surgery
