Inpatient Attending Psychiatrist - Adult Program, Phoenix (9-10 Patients, Academic & Collaborative)

Join a large multi-specialty faculty practice group as a full-time inpatient psychiatrist in Phoenix, Arizona. You will provide care for hospitalized adults with serious mental illness within a collaborative, education-focused setting.

You will manage an average caseload of 9-10 adult patients (average length of stay ~22 days), primarily involuntary admissions. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, high-quality inpatient psychiatric care and participate in daily treatment planning and discharge coordination.

Faculty appointment is available for eligible candidates, with opportunities to teach and mentor psychiatry residents and medical students in an academic clinical environment.

Compensation and benefits include four weeks of PTO, ten paid holidays, one week off for CME plus a $4,000 annual CME allowance, employer-sponsored retirement plan, employer-paid malpractice insurance, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Requirements: Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry and possession of, or eligibility for, an Arizona medical license prior to start date.
