Urgent Care Physician - Philadelphia (Civil Surgeon for Immigration Physicals, New Center)

Summary
Seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician to deliver high-quality, patient-centered urgent care and to serve as a designated Civil Surgeon for immigration physicals. Must have experience in urgent care and meet federal Civil Surgeon eligibility.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care evaluation and management for acute and non-emergent conditions.
• Perform immigration physicals in accordance with Civil Surgeon protocols and USCIS requirements.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Coordinate care and consult with other providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
• Minimum 4 years post-residency experience (required for Civil Surgeon eligibility).
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrated urgent care experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical decision-making and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
