Dermatologist - Springfield MA Partnership Track, $400-500K, Monday-Friday, Leadership & Growth

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed residency training in dermatology
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
• Valid, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license or the ability to obtain one

Day-to-day and expectations

• Full-time clinical schedule Monday-Friday; no weekends
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to current and future PAs
• Deliver patient-centered dermatologic care across a broad range of conditions
• Contribute to business development and practice expansion efforts
• Participate in financial management and strategic planning as you move toward partnership
• Engage with the local community and help grow our practice footprint
• Develop leadership skills and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
