Anesthesiology Physician - Partnership-Track Generalist (Bethlehem, PA)

Private anesthesia group of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs seeks a full-time, partnership-track anesthesiologist to support rapid network growth. Opportunity is based in Bethlehem, PA.

Practice scope

• General anesthesiology with strong regional anesthesia emphasis.
• Case mix includes orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular, and general surgery.
• Dedicated, fellowship-trained CT anesthesiologists provide cardiac coverage.

Qualifications

• Generalists with strong regional skills preferred.
• Residents graduating in 2022 welcome to apply.
• Fellowship-trained candidates will receive strong consideration.

Call schedule

• In-house (first call) every 14 days.
  • Weekday in-house call begins 3-4 pm and ends 7 am the next day.
  • Weekend in-house call is 24 hours (7 am-7 am); 2-3 CRNAs are on call with the physician.
• Backup (second) call every 14 days.

Compensation and partnership

• Year 1 starting salary: $400,000.
• Year 2 salary: $425,000.
• Partnership voted on after 18 months and granted at completion of 2 years.
• Partnership compensation averages over $450,000/year.

• Sign-on bonus: $40,000.
• Relocation payment: $10,000.
• CME allowance: $3,000/year.
• Car allowance: $500/month for providers who travel between multiple campuses.
