Locum Tenens Cardiac & General Anesthesiologist - Omaha (TEE Required, Nov 23-29, Weekday Days + Call)

We’re seeking a Board-Certified anesthesiologist to provide locum tenens coverage in Omaha, Nebraska, primarily supporting complex cardiac cases. You’ll be working with open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart procedures, with occasional general OR coverage as needed.

Schedule & call

• Weekdays, Monday-Friday, typically 8-10 hour shifts
• Unrestricted overnight call and weekend hotel call required
• Coverage needed for the week of November 23-29
• Multiple providers may be considered to cover the block

What you’ll do

• Provide anesthesia care for open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart surgeries
• Cover general OR cases when needed and assist with broader OR coverage in addition to cardiac work
• Participate in overnight and weekend call rotation as required

What we’re looking for

• Board Certified in General Anesthesiology (required)
• Active Nebraska medical license (required)
• TEE certification (required)
• Cardiac anesthesiology fellowship preferred (cardiac board certification not required)
