- Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with flexible lunch
- Manageable patient volume of 3 - 5 patients per day
- Well-established patient base with a diverse diagnosis list
- Outpatient pediatric primary and specialty care co-located on site
- Comprehensive on-site support: imaging, lab, child life, and telemedicine
- Minimal after-hours and weekend call with 24-hour nurse line support
- Collaboration with regional academic and children's health systems
