Job Description
We are seeking qualified physicians for potential locum tenens opportunities in Texas. The client is looking to expand its provider coverage across multiple locations, offering an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking a flexible outpatient assignment with a community-focused healthcare organization.
Overview
- Specialties – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Assignment Length – 90–120 days
- Start Dates – January through March 2027, depending on provider availability
- Schedule – Flexible 3-5 days per week, with consideration for less than 40 hours per week per provider
- Patient Volume – Approximately 3 patients per hour
- Administrative Time – Office time provided and prorated based on the provider's weekly schedule
- Practice Setting – Outpatient
- EMR – Epic
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain the appropriate state license
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations preferred
