Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician - Mt. Juliet, TN (PRN Day/Night 12-hr Shifts)

We’re seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician to provide ongoing PRN coverage at a facility in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This role offers flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts available during both days and nights on an indefinite PRN basis.

What you’ll find on site

• A small, focused Emergency Department with 11 ER beds and 3 treatment chairs.
• Steady patient flow (roughly 2-2.1 patients per hour).
• About 10% of patients require admission or transfer.
• Not a designated trauma center - a community ED environment.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients who present to the ED.
• Manage a wide variety of acute and emergent medical conditions.
• Decide on appropriate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Deliver timely, high-quality emergency care while working collaboratively with staff.

Who we’re looking for

• ABEM Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (required).
• Active Tennessee medical license.
• Availability to cover 12-hour day and night shifts as needed.
