Part-Time Hospitalist NP/PA (Weekends) - Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care, Savannah GA

We are seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver compassionate, patient-focused care to residents in post-acute and skilled nursing facilities across Savannah, Georgia. This part-time role emphasizes quality clinical practice with schedule flexibility, no on-call or overnight shifts, and organizational support so you can concentrate on patient care.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license to practice in Georgia
• Current national board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for NPs; NCCPA for PAs)
• Relevant clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, general practice, PM&R, geriatrics, or similar fields
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, decision-making, communication, and organization
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork with facility staff
