Part-Time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Post-Acute & SNF Care (Gainesville, GA)

What we’re looking for

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license to practice in Georgia
• Current national board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN for NPs; NCCPA for PAs)
• Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, general practice, physical medicine and rehabilitation, geriatrics, or a related specialty
• Strong assessment skills, sound clinical decision-making, clear communication, and good organizational abilities
• A commitment to patient-centered care and working collaboratively with facility teams
