• Schedule rotates 3 weeks on and 1 week off, totaling about 153 working days a year
• 1:4 weekend and weekday call with a post-call day off; call is from home
• Call days start at noon; call-backs mostly for C-sections and abdominal cases
• Medically directed model, 1:2 - 1:4 at most, with CRNAs taking first call
• Cases include cath lab, TAVR, EP, ortho, cardiology, and OB; no trauma
• Cardio experience is a plus; CVT cases required; TEE not required
• Collegial team of four physicians emphasizing patient safety and open communication
