Board-Certified General & Acute Care Surgeon - 7-on/7-off, Hospital-Based (Atlanta, GA)

Atlanta, Georgia - Permanent, full-time hospital-based opportunity for a General Surgery / Acute Care Surgery physician.

Schedule

• 7 days on / 7 days off

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients requiring general and acute care surgery
• Provide surgical consultations, perform operative procedures, and manage inpatients
• Assess and treat acute surgical conditions (trauma, emergency general surgery)
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and facilitate transitions of care
• Provide comprehensive surgical coverage during assigned shifts

Minimum qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Experience in acute care surgery or trauma/emergency general surgery
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
