Outpatient Primary Care Physician - Family/Internal Medicine | Outpatient-Only, Mon-Fri, Competitive Pay

Join a collaborative outpatient primary care team in Apple Valley, California, where you’ll deliver personalized care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and improving long-term health for your patients. Family Medicine physicians can care for patients across the lifespan; Internal Medicine physicians will focus on adult patients. This is an outpatient-only role with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 am-5:00 pm), allowing you to build strong patient relationships and participate in coordinated, value-driven care.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care within your specialty and scope of practice
• Emphasize preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support population health and value-based initiatives
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient-centered care models

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and population health/value-based care
• Strong communicator committed to collaborative, patient-centered practice

Compensation & benefits

• Annual base salary: $317,053 - $380,464, with bonus opportunities
• Quarterly Incentive Plan: up to 15% of quarterly earnings

• 160 hours of PTO available from day one
